Over the last few days I showed you the next stages of this headband’s creation (along with colorful books from my bookcase). Today it is time to finally present a finished product, i.e. the rainbow dreadlocks band.
Some time ago I made warm and thick, winter woolen bands, so this time I decided to make something more delicate. The rainbow band is made from cotton and polyester yarn, which provide durability and breathability. Plus, in addition, I designed two rows of openwork stitches (holes) for every few full rows for interesting look. :) And obviously I have used colors of the Pride flag.
This dread band is available in the Porcupine Knits shop.
By the way, June is the Pride Month, but we should show love, warmth and acceptance to everyone every time of the year. :)
